Mustafa Gökay Özalp was admitted to the Ankara Bar Association in 2020. After completing his undergraduate education at Başkent University Faculty of Law in 2019, He obtained his master’s degree at Bilkent University Faculty of Law in 2024, Commercial Law Department, with his thesis titled “Regulation Models of Corporate Sustainability in Joint Stock Companies.

He successfully completed the English for Lawyers I Certificate Program in 2019 and the Advanced Legal Correspondence English Certificate Program in 2020 at Ankara University Banking and Commercial Law Research Institute. He has an advanced command of the English language and has an intermediate level of French. He also participated in the Applied Personal Data Protection (KVK) Certificate Program organized by the Turkish-German University in 2020.

He worked as a summer intern and legal intern at leading law firms in Ankara and later as a freelance lawyer, gaining significant experience in various areas of law, mainly in litigation and trial proceedings, legal consultancy, contracts, Commercial Law and Labor Law.
